Roxanna Johnson opened Dancin' With Roxie in 2005 after graduating college. The first location was in her hometown in Hampton, Iowa. Roxanna's sister, Richelle Morrissey, joined the business and opened the Ankeny studio. Youngest sister, Reann Noelck, joined the ownership team in 2019 and opened the Iowa Falls location. Their goal has always been to make sure DWR is a caring, loving and positive environment for dancers of all ages, abilities and goals. They love to have fun too! Core combo classes focus on fundamentals of ballet, jazz and tap. DWR offers weekly fundamental dance classes for grades K - 6. Click for Elementary Class Descriptions
DWR students have access to instructors from all over the state. In addition, our program provides access to a diverse array of opportunities in the dance world, including for those looking to go on in the theater, the All-Star arena or high school and college level dance teams.
