STYLE CLASSES

This class will focus on applying and bringing together the disciplines of singing, acting and dancing, to interpret it both musically and dramatically! A perfect class for your future broadway bound dancer!

This class integrates both pom technique in motions and with skills! Learn the basics of pom motions, sharpness, drills to gain strength, and technique drilling for skills found in pom routines.

This class will focus on picking up choreography quickly and introducing dancers to different styles of hip hop music. This class is full of high energy, strength and fun! Hip Hop is a great way to increase your overall musicality and learn different styles of movement in one session. Hip Hop is a great class to take for technical dancers to ensure comfortability in movement and well rounded training!

TECHNIQUE CLASSES

Our Summer Ballet courses are designed specifically to improve on ballet technique. Curriculum will focus on posture, frame, hold, leg & hip actions, hands, feet, & body position. Perfect for anyone who loves ballet, is looking to refine technique, or for high school dance team members looking for an extra technique class that will span across all technique and styles.

This class is developed to improve flexibility and strength in dancers! Flexibility is essential for all dancers but, it is important that dancers develop the strength to manage this flexibility to prevent injuries. The combination for strength and conditioning in this class will help prepare the dancer's body for the demands of their technical classes and build endurance as we prepare for competitions and performances.

Tricks Class will focus on learning and executing new, creative tricks to implement into competition routines. Don't expect to work on basic leaps and jumps in this class, rather, new and Innovative skills that are sure to wow our judges and audiences this upcoming season!

Our Leaps & Jump classes will focus on exercises to strengthen the lower body including flexibility, power and agility work, while also dedicating time to ensuring the proper technique is being executed throughout the duration of the jump, including entry and exit.

This technique class will increase your flexibility, strength, endurance, and laser in on technique to build the foundation for successful turn technique. Advanced dancers will work to gain the skills necessary to execute high level combinations and turn progressions.

This class is designed to improve a dancer’s range of motion, enhance muscle flexibility, heighten a dancer’s balance and increase their level of core muscle strength and overall control. Through a variety of stretches and strengthening exercises, dancers will also increase their awareness of their own body’s potential as it connects to expression through movement.

CORE COMBO BALLET/TAP/JAZZ
Dance instruction focuses on mastering combinations and vocabulary of basic ballet, jazz and tap steps. Dancers improve stamina, core skills, technique and rhythm. Instructors combine steps and combinations in ballet, jazz and tap, providing students with a strong foundation in basic dance moves, as well as improving their flexibility, coordination, balance and grace.
